I bought a vehicle that the bank approved me for and even though it was the farthest from my first choice, Jeep Renegade Willey I was looking at at another car lot- the miles on the Dodge was lesser than that of the Jeep even though the Jeep was a newer model- so I lost my capacity to do anything 4x4. But the dodge has a higher tow capacity since my fiancée and I are getting into the RV life it was imperative that we had a way to tow our house around. The back hitch portion of the truck, after buying the ball to put on there, was unable to hitch anything due to a prior accident that damaged the back bumper. I like my vehicles nice both insider and out and to me the bumper being damaged is a reflection on how I take care of myself even though I purchased the vehicle that way with the assumption that it could tow- in the current state that it WAS in it wouldn’t. After talking to them at Cavenders they got it fixed so that the tow use of the vehicle could be utilized.

Eric was was and is an amazing man he helped me through the process of getting a vehicle when most people hit a roadblock. He kept going and found a way to get me in a vehicle that I really liked. He never stopped. Fighting for me. Amazing place amazing people super simple and fast definitely recommend and even after the purchase we still stay in contact and he still helped me through whatever else was needing.

I dealt with Alec when purchasing a used car for my wife. I found him to be honest and upfront about the vehicle we purchased and noted any areas of concern. The dealership also went above and beyond to make the purchase as smooth as possible. I could not be happier with my experience with Alec and the staff at Cavender’s.

Bought a vehicle in November and they were very down to earth and not pushy. Worked with what we had. Wrecked vehicle so we just bought a second vehicle this week from them. Highly recommend.
